By downloading, installing, or using the Pricly application, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Pricly. Your continued use of the app after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Pricly is a price-scanning and comparison platform that helps users understand market prices for products worldwide. Our service includes:

• Barcode and image scanning: identify products using your device camera
• Price intelligence: AI-powered price analysis from community submissions
• Currency conversion: real-time prices in 40+ global currencies
• Watchlist alerts: notifications when prices change on tracked products
• Trust score system: community reputation based on contribution quality

Pricly is provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

When you create a Pricly account, you are responsible for:

• Accuracy: providing truthful and accurate registration information
• Security: maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Activity: all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you
• Notification: promptly informing us of any unauthorised account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent data, or engage in abusive behaviour toward other users or our systems.

You agree to use Pricly only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• False data: submitting inaccurate, fabricated, or misleading price information
• Exploitation: attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app or its APIs
• Automation: using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service without permission
• Abuse: harassing other users or spamming the price submission system
• Illegal activity: using Pricly for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Impersonation: pretending to be another user or Pricly staff

Prices displayed in Pricly are estimates derived from AI analysis and community submissions. They are provided for informational purposes only.

• Prices may vary by location, retailer, time, and product condition
• We do not guarantee that displayed prices are accurate, current, or complete
• Always verify prices directly with the seller before making purchasing decisions
• Pricly is not liable for any financial decisions made based on price data in the app

Pricly offers a free plan and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Business). Paid plans are subject to the following terms:

• Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Paddle
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Refunds: we offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable
• Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect
• Trust points: plans redeemed using trust points are non-refundable but may be extended by earning more points

The Trust Score is a community reputation system that rewards accurate price contributions. Key terms:

• Trust points are earned by submitting verified prices, scanning products, and community contributions
• Points may be deducted for submitting inaccurate or fraudulent price data
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to adjust the trust score system, point values, or redemption rates at any time
• Accounts found gaming the trust system will be suspended and points forfeited

All content, design, code, branding, and technology in Pricly is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Pricly without written permission
• You retain ownership of price data you submit, but grant us a licence to use it to improve the service
• The "Pricly" name and logo are trademarks. Do not use them without our permission

Pricly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Pricly after changes constitutes acceptance.
